This is a premium quality, light-medium bodied wine made from 100%
Pinot Noir fruit from our Folly Run vineyard near Bungendore.
It has been aged in American oak barriques for nine months prior to
bottling under Stelvin seals to ensure longevity.
The colour is bright cherry red. The nose is of spice and cherries
with smokey oak oak overtones. The palate is smooth and silky with sweet
fruit flavours. The finish is clean and dry.
This wine is a perfect match for summer luncheons and mediterranean
dishes and best served slighly chilled.
